Successful weekend for Athletes at Scottish East District Champs.

Congratulations to all our athletes who competed at The Scottish District Championship at Grangemouth this weekend. The clubs athletes picked up a total of 10 medals with six of them gold, three silver and one bronze. Joel McFarlane won 2 golds at U17 in Javelin and 100m hurdles, as well as a silver in long jump with a new club record of 6.61m. Also picking up 2 gold medals in the senior Women's competition was Michelle Durbidge with wins in the discus & shot putt. Matthew Law was also successful in the same two events, with gold in his U17 discus and bronze in the shot putt. Damien Murray won the senior men's Javelin gold and finally U15 Iona McFarlane collected two silver medals in discus and pole vault. The full set of results can be seen on the results tab.
