Cross Country Races

The races are open to all ages and takes place on Sunday 4th November at Knockburn Loch, Strachan, Aberdeenshire, AB32 6LL.
See attached sheets for times, races, age groups and cost. Entries are made on the day so you can get a form at the event. Just arrive a bit before your race time to register.
You'll need to get yourself there, or try and arrange a lift with someone else who's going.
The Try-a-trail runs are for the Junior athletes as a way to get involved and are for kids from about 5 and up.
It's a great intro to cross country and you can get really muddy - so it's all fun.
Make sure to bring a change of clothing and wear warm clothes before the races.
There is normally food and warm drinks available but bring your own and make a day out of it. It's a pretty nice place to run and the scenery is quite beautiful.
