ADAC Cross Country Update.

DATE; 01 April 2017
LOCATION; RM Condor Airfield Arbroath.
TIMINGS as follows,
0915 - Coaches and volunteers arrive for briefing, set up in pavillion.
0945-Athletes arrive, via Guardroom , where athletes and parents will be booked onto the airfield, and handed a Car Pass. ( Please hand back pass at end of event to Stu Law.)
10.15- Introduction and safety briefing on the courses.
11.00-Event starts. 1 mile race first.
1pm- Event finishes, approx.
2pm- Clear Condor.
Raffle tickets for the Easter Egg raffle can be purchased and there will be soup, hot dogs ,tea, hot chocolate, or coffee ,free of charge after the events.
